Greg T.: Good but the plastic housing / bracket good be sturdier
I've had this connected to the fridge for a few weeks now and haven't had an issue with the plumbing itself. I docked one star because of the housing. There is one little screw bracket which you use to stabilize the piece on the framing. But in the act of attaching it to the stud, the bracket snapped (not the case itself). The product didn't come with hardware so I don't know if the plumber used a screw that was too big or if it was over-tightened or if the material is just too thin. I did buy a couple of different brands to see which would provide the best fit with my rough-in location so I had some level of comparison. This one was the better size so we went with it. Ultimately, they could beef up the attachment point a bit and it'd be great.
